All payments are processed in Euros through our designated payment provider and are accepted upon order confirmation.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the order and the destination country. These costs do not include customs and/or any local duties that you might incur upon delivery. Unfortunately, since these costs usually vary from country to country, we cannot advise on them.

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.

• Orders with available items — in stock — are shipped within 7 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
• For shipping the on-demand items — made-to-order — please allow up to 3 weeks for crafting and shipping from the day the order is placed. As the product will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date.

All international orders are shipped through DHL Express.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the order details and a tracking number to follow your order on its way to you. Delivery times may take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on the destination country.

FOR GOLD

Let your gold pieces soak in a mixture of warm water and dish soap for 10-30 minutes.

After soaking, gently scrub them with an old toothbrush and warm water, then rinse thoroughly.

Dry your gold jewelry with a soft cloth to restore its luster and shine.
